115 g of butter at room t °
125 g sugar
1 egg (size large )
125 g flour (type 45 )
1 / 2 tsp salt sel
1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
50 g currants
1 ½ tsp fresh thyme finely chopped
Cream butter and sugar in a food processor on medium speed until the mixture is pale and frothy .
Add egg.
Stir flour, cornmeal fine polenta, sea salt and baking soda. Add
finally raisins and thyme.
Place small mounds of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them well because they spread cooking.
Bake 12 minutes
Remove from the oven , the counter with a punch than 5 cm in diameter for regular biscuits well.
