CHANGE OF REGIME IN KINSHASA: Conclusion Washignton was in June 2010.
The Security Council of the United Nations, The United States and the European Union have finally agreed on the need to overthrow Joseph Kabila and to operate this year 2010un
change (positive) regime in Kinshasa. China opposes more. The recent dramatic events of Mbandaka indicate that the CAR and Congo-Brazzaville
also want a change in Kinshasa. The neutrality of Angola encourages the forces of change in the DRC.
Opponents Congolese have been ordered to prepare the establishment of republican institutions future. Near 400 "Congolese to" have been invited to a meeting and , to initiate the fall of Saddam Hussein and Iraq prepare for change that was to follow the invasion by American troops. The institutions are thus put in place in Baghdad under the American diktat, but with the active participation of elites in the Iraqi opposition. Who are they and where are these "Congolese to"? Few people in the know. The list remains secret and those who gather there do not know the totality because they are

contacts individually by a "core Congolese" already on site in Washington since early February 2010.

The Security Council of the United Nations, The United States and the European Union, however, exclude the option of a military coup. A relatively peaceful transition is required and must be marked by

public expression and channeling of "discontent People generailse.

Itis a note that Joseph Kabila and Paul Kagame are not well regarded by Barack Obama, since he was a senator and before becoming President of the United States, has several times denounced
the horrors committed against the people civilians and Congolese women in particular. The other element
arguing for a change of regime in Kinshasa is dangerous and illegal trade of uranium. Several notable Kabila are seriously
implicated and convicted in the United States. American experts consider that the Kabila regime is not capable of securing
uranium deposits Congo. Joseph Kabila and his regime are not able to prevent international terrorists to get their hands on these dangerous minerals.
Note that Joseph Kabila has not been invited this week to the conference on nuclear security while the Congo has large deposits of iron ore. It's the same person
Joseph Kabila who is challenged by Barack Obama.
links to some of Kabila (Congolese and foreign) with the international mafia also concerned about the International Community. The disorder of the chaotic banking system
Congo (country rich in minerals) promotes money laundering and is a potential source of funding terrorist groups worldwide.

The imminent visit to the Congo to the UN ambassadors of member countries of the Security Council and that of Deputy Secretary of State for African Affairs of the American Department of State
are seen as crucial step in the preparation of a political transition in Congo.

Rwandan intelligence services, always on the lookout, had already informed their Congolese counterparts to the Washington meeting in June 2010. Neamoins this
meeting became an open secret Inthe Environments concerned.
The eagerness of Joseph Kabila will get rid of MONUC (which is under the orders of the Security Council of the UN) is an evidence of his nervousness.
How will the change of regime in Congo - Kinshasa and quien are the (visible and invisible) actors? This is precisely what the deal
famous "Washington meeting" in June 2010.
blocking change, to date, was the essentiellment has three causes: the divisions among the opposition, lack of organization and lack of credible leadership in
within the Congolese opposition (Institutional and non-institutional).
The "meeting in Washington" seems to have solved this problem. Elections will probably take place in 2011 but Joseph Kabila, as desired by the majority of Congolese
living in misery, insecurity and unemployment. READ AND LISTEN
