Subject: open letter to MPPs South - Kivu
Honourable Members,
It is with respect that we have just sent in all frankness and truth to your August meeting to submit to you that we hold at heart, our expectations and aspirations in these days when our province, South Kivu, through his umpteenth interagency crisis.
Honourable members,
`s since Monday, April 19, 2010 that our province` s governor has over following the resignation requested by you, `s former provincial governor, Mr. Louis Leonce MUDERHWA as a result of fiscal management highly unorthodox that characterized his government. This resignation was a vacancy at the top `s provincial executive, the vice governor and provincial ministers caretaker in those days.
This vacuum at the head of the province requires the holding of `election to elect a new governor who, once elected and sworn in by your body, will preside over the destiny of our province if disaster and martyred. Our Constitution is the charter and gives us the democratic procedures to elect a competent person, trust, and pointing especially moral integrity.
What we are experiencing should be a lesson to you not to fall into the same mistakes as those, for you made during the previous two elections of the governor.

ASFCO If we now have decided to speak to you on the eve of this important political step for our province `s with knowledge of the causes and not just for fun to do so. Indeed, Honourable Members, this new election will be made at the third during the same term, beating the record number of governors who led the province in the `space of 14 years the South Kivu has counted 14 Governors This is a real record in our country and possibly the world.
Honourable members,
ASFCO If we now have decided to address you `s just because you're the main players in this new direction, you are aware of these new voters leaders of the province, you have the difficult mission of providing our province this time, leaders at the height of their duties, competent and able to finally take off our province.
Honourable members,
On two occasions, you failed in your mission and you don `t have been able to fully assume all liability and your mission, this mission we had entrusted you with hope in 2006 that represent us and to defend our interests. You have surprised and disappointed once more `. Beyond the simple fact that you have shown a total disregard us your constituents, not assuming your primary mission to represent us and plead our cause, you are also compromised by allowing you to remotely control and by your corrupt political parties, political groups and tribal and your geopolitical trend. The consequences we all live and you are aware.
Honourable members,
Twice during your tenure, you are hurting the elected leaders of our province. We welcome your check carried out at the governorate and the results it emerged, but we must also tell you that you are entirely responsible for everything that we know the province. Why choose people that you are not familiar? Why choose leaders simply because you received injunctions from Some of the political authorities installed in lounges and air-conditioned cars in Kinshasa? That is now the consequences of your political irresponsibility ... Twice you have been unable to provide the province of leaders to meet their expenses. Do you believe that there is no Kivutiens Kivutiens or able to manage their provinces? But for you who are the real ability to lead our beloved province?
Honourable members,
Again all eyes of the people of South - Kivu have turned to you and urge you all well take full and your mission responsibility. The South
Kivutiens Who need leaders who love and care above all the interests of the province, not their families, leaders who have a high sense of patriotism, competent and honest leaders, new leaders ( spirit of truth and sincere dialogue), leaders of high moral probity and friendly people.
You are called to make the right choices and who can propose in this very delicate time in our province. Our people ask you therefore to carry out your role with intelligence and responsibility and make good end experience experienced in all its positive and negative.
Honourable members,
To achieve this, we ask:
- To free yourself once and for all that takes you into tribalism and your links to everything that is ethnic, families and entourages;
- To know you also released your political parties and political groupings, to seek the welfare of our province and give all those who live in the hope of a future more beautiful and fair.
- D `be honest in your behavior and your way of managing public affairs
- D` be incorruptible and will not sell your choices to the highest bidder, because whoever takes power through corruption, will keep for more corruption, it is the same one who takes by force or deception.
Honourable Members,
To make this right choice, please do not get away from the hypothetical `'saviors of the people.''
- Take charge of your own destiny and look around you, in your streets, your villages, your neighborhoods, your groups, your industries, your town / territories, your cities, your province, the people you know for their competence and sense of common good and choose them.
- Beware of fishermen whose voices you ignore the past, because their demagogic speeches often conceal hidden agendas and self-centered nature of questionable competence.
- Do not be fooled by again very people who contributed as predators to destroy the economy of our country in general and our province in particular, became rich on the backs of your constituents we are and we have relegated to the rank of sub - men. - Abstain especially to give your voice to all kinds of mischief policy experts gifts and lies.
- Know that donations and other means used to corrupt you have been financed largely with money stolen from the state and therefore to yourselves and your constituents to us.
- Also note that by accepting gifts and money, your behavior is no different from that of Esau who sold and lost his birthright in favor of his younger brother Jacob just for a plate of food.
