Official Release Form Complaints HRP.


The staff of One-Generation.info is proud to announce the official opening of our Complaints Form HRP. It has been finalized since the article indicating that he was being established. It looks slightly different than what was expected, but there is very little change. A function to read a particular complaint has been added (it is more practical than seeking among all the complaints that were filed), a payment page (to be approved before complaints) has also seen the day. All other changes are mostly on the administrative side to the adjudicating complaints. Here is a glimpse of the form:

What is this form used?

As already mentioned in the article which announced its creation and in beta testing, this form will replace the present HRP Complaints forum on our website. HRP All complaints should be submitted on this form. It has the advantages that the complaint will be sent to you, players of One-Generation, more streamlined. Gone are the model of complaint to comply strictly on the forum, you only have to fill fields, and model of complaint will be created automatically! But also simple for administrators who are involved in judging complaints! Instead of having several things to achieve in a trial of complaint, everything is on one page, causing a considerable time saving.

How does it work?

It's very simple. To use the form, go at: http://ogplaintes.fr.nf . You simply click on "File a complaint," the settlement will appear for send a complaint, you must read and approve it. A page will appear with fields to fill. Complete all fields with which you are required, copy the confirmation code at the bottom of the page and click "Send". Your complaint will be recorded in our database and will be judged thereafter.

When sending a complaint, your IP address is logged and blocked for 45 minutes. At the end of time, you can post a new complaint. This system was put in place to prevent malicious people come flooder our form, and therefore our database.

How do we know that our complaint was?

To determine whether the complaint you sent is considered, simply visit the home page of the form and read the column "Treatment" of the table. When the complaint will be considered, the prefix will no longer "Complaint over" but "Complaints found: Assented" , "Complaints found: Ack" or "Complaints found: Cardboard " . To see details of the trial, you click" Play "and you'll have your complaint will appear and the trial at the end of it.
